Registration fees   

Registration is only possible online.

The registration fee is presented in EURO currency.

A different billing address is possible but payment is required for a complete booking/registraton.

Invoice & Payment Methods
For completing your booking, you can choose from payment methods such as
Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard), and PayPal. Afterward, you’ll receive a confirmation, which also serves as an invoice.

Please ensure that you have the authentication method provided by your bank at hand before finalizing the booking.

Invoicing and collection of participation fees are carried out on behalf and in the name of the organizer, German Society for Tropical Medicine, Travel Medicine and Global Health e.V. (DTG) and is exempt from VAT according to §4 No. 22a of the Value Added Tax Act.

Cancellation Policy
For written cancellations received by August 20, 2024, a processing fee of 40 EUR will be charged. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

General Registration Conditions

Liability
The organizers or hosts of the event cannot be held liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to the property of participants, even during the event or as a result of participating in the event. Please verify the validity of your own insurance. Participants acknowledge that they cannot claim damages against the organizer if the event or individual components thereof are hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or if changes to the program become necessary due to cancellations by speakers or similar. By registering, participants accept this reservation. The place of jurisdiction is Munich.

Employer/Service Authority Approval
We kindly request physicians/scientists in employment to obtain approval from their employer/service authority to participate in this congress if necessary. The CTM 2024 Congress is supported by pharmaceutical/medical technology companies, whereby the sponsors have no influence on the design of the scientific program. Company symposia are clearly marked.

Photography and Filming
Photography and filming are planned during the event, which is expected to be viewable afterwards on the congress website or posted on social media channels. As a participant in the event, you agree to this unless you expressly object to it in advance.
